Please note that only BASAS members can register for the conference.

Pricing

RESIDENTIAL RATE OPTION

Delegates attending the conference have the option of purchasing the full conference registration package. Residential rates include en-suite accommodation, full use of Scarman facilities (including use of sports centre and swimming pool), breakfasts, lunches, dinners and refreshments, as well as parking.

NON-RESIDENTIAL RATE OPTION

Delegates also have the option of purchasing the non-residential conference package. Non-residential rates include refreshments , lunches and parking only.

Due to restrictions on bookings, delegates can only register for the whole conference.

Dinners

There will be two conference dinners, one on the 29th and one on the 30th March. Non-residential delegates need to register for either or both dinners in advance. All delegates should request vegetarian meals by checking the box below. There will always be vegetarian/non-beef/non-pork options available. Should you have other dietary requirements, please contact the conference organisers directly at 2010.conference@warwick.ac.uk.

Please note: In order to complete the registration process, all conference attendees must pay the residential or non-residential conference rate.

Payment

Individuals who wish to attend the 2010 BASAS conference are urged to pay by Paypal. Individuals who wish to pay by cheque should contact the Honorary Treasurer at treasurer@basas.org.uk for payment instructions.
